Within San Diego and Orange County, Jules will come to your home to help you establish your yoga practice space.
Initial and follow-up sessions may take place over Zoom and are available to anyone who does not live within the North County San Diego area.

I didn’t think I could meditate until I met Jules…
We met through a meditation group she was leading. Before meeting Jules, I was having the hardest time meditating on my own and felt unsure I could keep up the practice by myself. She introduced me to candle gazing meditation, which was a game-changer for me. When I was preparing to have back surgery and knew I wasn’t going to be able to keep attending the meditation group, she recorded a custom meditation with affirmations just for me, and it changed my life!

Jules has so many tools in her toolbox! I felt like, while she had lots of answers and solutions, she presented things in a way that made sense to me.
